Powerclad can be printed flexographically or wide-format digitally for effective corporate branding or prominent advertising campaigns

All grades of Powerclad scaffold sheeting and Powerclad Vented sheeting are printable.

Flexographic printing of logos and images is available in up to 6 colours in regular repeats along the length of the roll.  The image size of 1017 mm Long by 800 mm High is the largest available in the industry with repeats of 1277 mm along the roll.  Flexographic printing is subject to modest minium order of 25 rolls and avalability is usually 2 weeks from receipt of artwork.  Our best turnaround has been 5 working days for a particularly urgent requirement.  Please download a template to see what your printed sheeting would look like.

Wide-format digital printing is full width in full colour with no minimum order.  Images can be positioned at any point on the roll and repeats distances between images can be varied to suit your requirements.  Typically, full height logos are repeated at between 4 and 5 metres apart.  Pricing depends upon the iamge size and repeat distances.
