Breather Membranes for Timber Frame, composite Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) and wall panel system designs

Powerlon Breather Membranes are high performance vapour permeable breather membranes for installations within Timber Frame, composite Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) and wall panel system designs.

The membranes are non-woven spunbond polyolefins with exceptional water vapour transmission and hydrophobic (water repellent) characteristics.  They also have good Air Barrier characteristics designed to improve the air-tightness of the building.  Air Barriers ensure that the building envelope is properly sealed to control ventilation and prevent heat loss in compliance with Building Regulations Part L.

ThermaPerm is a thermo-reflective breather membrane incorporating a highly reflective surface to maximise energy efficiency.  It improves the insulation charateristics of the installation reflecting heat back in to the building.

UltraPerm Lite is a composite breather membrane with an enhanced resistance to water penetration.

SupaPerm is a non-woven spunbond breather membrane with good water repellent characteristics.
