Powerlon UltraPerm is an ultra permeable yet water resistant pitched roof underlay, designed to reduce the risk of interstitial condensation. Due to its high water vapour permeability, it can be installed in unventilated roof designs to provide further energy-saving benefits.

UltraPerm is a triple layer, spun-bond polyolefin membrane. The construction consists of a waterproof middle layer sandwiched between two supporting layers, giving excellent water vapour permeability and resistance of up to 3 metre head of water.
  Conventional supported and unsupported cold roofs with or without ventilation.
  Conventional supported and unsupported warm roofs with or without ventilation.
