The Green Fields of Home

DW Support Services provide property maintenance to housing associations, local authorities, government agencies and the private sector. When this growing company began the refurbishment of a housing estate in Staines, Surrey, they chose Industrial Textiles and Plastics Ltd (ITP) to print their Powerclad Vented Sheeting to create visually pleasing perimeter fencing for the project.
"We recognise that reducing our impact during major works contracts is a significant issue for our clients and we are committed to playing our role in addressing it to enhance the experience and satisfaction our customers enjoy," said Ben Malton, Business Improvement Director at DW Support Services.

ITP is the only manufacturer and supplier of scaffold and perimeter fencing sheeting in the UK to offer in-house, high-quality, large-scale digital printing. "Having this print facility in-house means we can offer a quick turnaround on custom printing on a wide variety of materials.  This offers fantastic marketing and promotional opportunities for our clients," explains Marc Van Der Voort, ITP's Managing Director.  The digital printer can print large-scale images and graphics to virtually any length. There is no minimum order for digital printing, which opens up opportunities for smaller projects and contractors. The company also offers flexographic printing for repeat logos up to 0.73 by 1.07m.

DW Support Services intend to roll out custom-printed perimeter fencing across other refurbishment contracts. "We’ll use images that are appropriate for the site and the community," said Malton. "We've had very positive feedback, not only from local residents and passers-by, but also from the operatives working on the site. They are more engaged and find that the whole site is a pleasure to work in."
